What things do you do to stay healthy?

I really don’t do anything. I need to. But, I don’t really take care of myself. I should be taking iron and calcium pills because I have a deficiency for both, I should also eat healthier, exercise, and quit smoking. But, we don’t always have the incentive to do these things.
